Guys, could you give me some advice about sign-up bonuses at social casinos? I’m a little confused. I signed up on one of those sites the other day. They promised me a bunch of free coins to get started, but now my balance is zero. It turned out that I had to manually click the “Claim” button deep within my profile settings, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and after a day, the bonus disappeared. How are these starting coins usually credited? Are they supposed to be added automatically after email confirmation?

Here’s another question: Do you have to verify your phone number or email address right away to activate the welcome package? Could you get coins just for creating a profile and verify your contact information later, after playing the slots?

That happened to me, too on one website. They hid the bonus in the promotions tab, and it expired before I find it. Decent social casinos make everything much simpler so players don’t have to dig through the settings. Usually, the starting balance is credited automatically. For example, when I did the Win Bonanza signup, everything worked easily. I just filled out a couple of fields and confirmed my email address via the link in the message, and the bonus was already in my account. I didn’t have to select any hidden checkboxes or enter promo codes. As for email verification, it’s best to click the link right away. Without it, sites usually don’t give out welcome bonuses because they’re trying to prevent multiple accounts. Which site have you gotten lucky with a bonus like that on?
